Return Policy
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on any FILTER LIFT system. Original box and packaging must be returned in good condition to receive full refund. After 60 days and up to 90 days from date of purchase, it can be returned for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost of $20.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item can be used and it should be in a similar condition that you received it. Original box and packaging must be reusable. We do not accept returns on units that have been modified, scratched, damaged, or abused as they cannot be resold as certified pre owned products.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Original box and packaging is not reusable
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email: returns@FILTERLIFT.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Serial Number
- Name on Order
Return Shipping and Refunds
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

We can email you return labels and will deduct $20 of the unit’s product credit for shipping. If the product was damaged during use, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs as well. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a partial refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in the case that you shipped back damaged items.
Upon receipt of the product, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process. We recommend you keep your tracking number; if you have not received a full or partial refund 7 days after your product was returned, please reach out to us: returns@FILTERLIFT.com
